We were having sudden issues with sulfur smell in our water in our 2 year old system. We had worked with two different Water companies in Cape Coral prior that provided conflicting information and were both unsuccessful resolving. Essentially, they told us we needed to replace the entire unit after we paid them each for their unsuccessful attempts at resolving the issue. I found James on google and he thankfully resolved the issue with ease. And no, we do not need a whole new system, rather it was a minor fix. I've been a contractor for 20+yrs on the east coast USA. I first met James on a very interesting and challenging job on Captiva Island in SW Florida . It was a 5 bath 5 bedroom 6m$ mansion on the Gulf of Mexico. The only place I could put a Septic system was in front of the house mere ft from the beach. Clean Earth designed and installed a very cutting edge Clearstream system unlike any system I had ever seen. The waste water was so clean upon treatment we actually ran the drip lines through the garden and around cabbage a palm trees (which Clean Earth helped transplant) to act as an irrigation system. Even the Health Dept was impressed. Top notch service and his price was very reasonable.
